How to use

Start by applying 2 to 4 sprays to your feet only for a few weeks to allow your body to adapt. After an introduction period, you can apply 4 to 6 sprays to your stomach as well - this is best for deep restorative sleep and to increase your overall magnesium levels. Once your body has adjusted to the magnesium, you can apply it to more sensitive areas (legs, arms and shoulders) or anywhere on your body that is feeling tight or sore. If you experience a tingle or itch, this is very normal and can be a sign of magnesium deficiency. Go back to applying to your feet only for another week before trying the more sensitive areas again. If you experience this sensation, it is a sign you do need this product, so work with it and the sensation should fade. You can also apply coconut oil (or similar) over the top of the spray to soothe and moisturise.
